The U-ONE(-SAFETY) Generation II speed switch modules are electronic speed switches that monitor the defined speeds for overspeed and underspeed. They are equipped with a hysteresis, a switching delay, a switching function dependent on the direction of rotation and the option of a switch test and can be parameterized as a safe error switch.
Parameterization is easy via input masks, complex PLC programming is not necessary.
The speed switch modules are optionally certified up to SIL 2 / PL d.
The use of several speed switch modules and the combination with other U-ONE modules, e. g. position switch modules, is possible.
